Children’s Dentistry terms and conditions

^{*A children’s dental health check is included at no additional cost when booked alongside a paying adult dental health check. Includes xrays and fluoride if clinically appropriate. This offer applies to children aged under 5 and is limited to two free children’s check-ups per paying adult. Additional children’s checks will be charged at the standard rate. Both dental health checks must be booked at the same time; however, appointments may be scheduled separately. This offer forms part of our standard pricing and is not a time-limited promotion. It is non-transferable and has no cash value or alternative. The practice accepts no liability on behalf of the treating clinician and acts solely as a liaison between the patient and the clinician. The practice reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice. The children’s dental health check does not include any additional treatment identified during the appointment. If further treatment is required, a separate estimate and treatment plan will be provided.}
